Multi-tenant network management built for MSPs

One hierarchy for every tenant, site and team, with delegated administration, scoped visibility and per-tenant policy. Built for MSPs, not retrofitted for them

Hermes diagram: multi tenant management
Why it matters

One console, many customers

Managed service providers, franchise groups and large enterprises all have the same problem: many separate customers, brands or business units, each with its own sites, policies and administrators. Most network tools were built for a single organisation and bolt multi-tenancy on later, which means workarounds, shared views and risk.

Hermes was multi-tenant from the first line of code. Every tenant, site and team sits in one hierarchy. Policy is inherited where you want it and overridden where you need it, each administrator sees only their own scope, and tenants are isolated from each other by default.

Capabilities

Everything you need to run many tenants

Multi-tenancy is built into every part of the Orchestrator

Tenant hierarchy

Organize by customer, region or business unit with inherited policy.

Delegated admin

Give each team exactly the scope it needs, nothing more.

Scoped visibility

Every dashboard, alert and report respects tenant boundaries.

Isolation by default

Tenants never see each other’s data, config or traffic.

Bulk operations

Push a policy to one site or ten thousand in the same motion.

Per-tenant billing

Usage rolls up cleanly for chargeback and reselling.

How it works

How a new tenant is onboarded

1

Create

Add the tenant to your hierarchy and choose the policy it inherits.

2

Delegate

Give the customer’s or team’s administrators their own scoped access.

3

Deploy

Ship devices zero-touch to the tenant’s sites.

4

Bill

Usage rolls up per tenant for chargeback or resale.

Multi-tenant management lets one provider or organisation run many separate customers, brands or business units from one platform, with each tenant’s data, configuration and administrators kept apart.

No. Tenants are isolated by default. Every dashboard, alert and report respects tenant boundaries.

Yes. Delegated administration gives each customer or team access to exactly the scope you choose, while you keep oversight of the whole hierarchy.

Yes. Policy can be inherited down the hierarchy and overridden where a tenant needs something different, and bulk operations push changes to many sites at once.

Usage rolls up per tenant, so it can be used for chargeback or resale. SD-Tokens add metered, portable capacity on top.
